The event is limited to less than 1000 participants; accordingly, no Covid-19 certificate is required. As a principle, we follow the requirements of the Canton of Bern:

As an additional measure, it is recommended to carry out a self-test provided by the Confederation on the day of the event before arrival, in addition to the applicable protection regulations. However, the protection regulations must be followed even if the self-test is negative.

In the premises of the "Schule für Gestaltung Bern (SfG BB)", we adhere to the school's current safety measures (as of mid-August 2021)

1. In principle, masks do not have to be worn on the school premises. However, as we are an external visitor group, we recommend wearing a mask inside the school.
2. The rule about keeping the distance and the direction of walking in the stairwell must be followed.
3. Disinfectant is available at the main locations in the building
4. There are currently no restrictions on the number of people per table in the restaurant area. Guests are requested to leave their contact details (one person per table).
5. If possible, the aperitif will be organised outside with access to the buffet.
6. In the outdoor area of the school, in the open air in the city and in all places where drawing takes place, distances must be respected; if this is not possible, masks are compulsory.
7. When drawing in restaurants or other institutions, the protective measures on site apply.
