Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland
Oksana Kornelyuk
I was born in Ukraine, where I studied to become a visual arts teacher. For the past 22 years, I've been living in Switzerland, where I've honed my graphic design skills at the Lausanne School of Art and Communication and worked as a graphic designer. At present, I share my experience by teaching in my own art studio in Yverdon-les-Bains, while practicing in parallel as a professional watercolor artist. Sketchbooks and the energy, spontaneity and freedom of gesture, whether with pencil or brush, are central to my artistic and teaching approach. They serve as a foundation for interpreting the world around me and nurture my creativity.
