It is people who turn the sketches of street scenes, squares and cafés into living places. Unfortunately, however, the "models" in public spaces rarely stand still. That's why urban sketching is about capturing people's posture and expression with a quick stroke. As an introduction, I show in the workshop how a figure can be sketched in its proportions in a simple way. With this "tool" we draw each other in different postures. We will practise to hit the figure in its special expression by drawing selected details. We devote ourselves to the interplay between people and their surroundings and dare to "capture" people who pass us by or linger on the spot with the drawing pencil.
